  • All registered users buyers have completed an Investor Suitability Interview, completed a User Subscription Agreement and an Investor Confidentiality Agreement that expressly prohibits borrower contact.
  • Buyers can select specific criteria and search loans by geographic location, loan structure, real estate collateral type, loan quality, loan balance, and bid type, and conduct complete electronic loan file due diligence.
