In 2000, Jackson strategically considered leveraging his industry knowledge through the innovative concepts of Sperry Van Ness. His decision to join this brokerage firm enabled a broader reach in marketing properties on a national basis to over a 100,000 strong brokerage and investment community. Teaming with Sperry Van Ness provided not only an avenue into primary, secondary and tertiary markets, but also a seamless process in locating investment options on behalf of clients across the country.
He is able to offer clients up-to-date analysis and state-of-the-art marketing concepts to make their investment decisions easier and more prosperous.
During his tenure in Oregon, Jackson built
proven performance models, developed targeted marketing and technology tools, and established core values to deliver better results for his clients. As the first Sperry Van Ness affiliate in Oregon, he closed over $53 million in sales in 2005 and 2006.
In the spring of 2004, Jackson made a decision to move to Boise and was asked by Sperry Van Ness to hold Idaho State’s Franchise license.
Through his experience in the industry, he has weathered three cyclic patterns of the real estate market by
maintaining a clear focus while growing; considering the current market, trend and economic situation. He has embraced the necessity to continue crafting his skills with a single-minded purpose of pursuing every viable opportunity to deliver
